WHEREAS, the Cityr of Clearwater ie the owner of the hereinafter
described property; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commissio n
that said property has never been formally dedicated as street right of way,
although the same is used for such purposes; and
WHEREA5, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said
street by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby
dedicated as a public street for use by the general public and the City of
Clearwater generally as their interests may appeax:
