WHEREAS, it is neeeesary to install a sanitary sewer line beneath
the tight of way and tracks of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company
in order to complete the City's sanitary sewer project; and
WHEREAS, the permit fee for such installation ig $].5. Do and said
sum is now due and payable Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company ~rorn
the City of Clearwater;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
• COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $15. 00 be paid from the Construction Trust
Fund by the First National Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida,
Trustee thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated November
20, 1467, which Construction Trust Fund is derived fronn proceeds of the
sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1867.
2, 'That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said Txuatee, which Baid certified copy shall constitute the direction
of the City of Clearwator to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly
to the said Railroad forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (A) and other
provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22n~ayi'nf Januarys ig68.
