RESdLUTION

WHEREAS, the First National Bank of Clearwater, Florida, is
Trustee of Cangtructian Trust Fund Agreement dated November 9, 1965,
which Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the Bala of
• Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1965; and
WHEREAS, the First National Hank of Clearwater, Florida, ie
also Trustee of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated November 24,
1967, which Construction Trust Fund iu derived from proceeds of the sale
of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1967; and
WHEREAS, Construction Trust Fund derived from proceeds of
the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1965, now has a balance
remaining of $217. 65; and
WHEREAS, said Construction Trust Fund derived from proceeds
of the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1965 now xerna.ina
inactive, it i~ deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City
that said balance in the sum of $217.65 be transferred to the Gonstruction
Trust Fu»d derived from the proceeds of the sale of Utility Revenue
Certificates, Series of 1967;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $217.65 be transferred from the Construction
Trust Fund by the First National Bank of Clearwater, Florida, Trustee
thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated November 9, 1965,
which Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale of
Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1965, to the Construction Trust
Fund of which the First National MBank of Clearwater, Florida, is Trustee
thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated November 2U, 1967,
