WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater fs the owner of the hereinafter
described property; and
VlHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as street right of way,
although the same is used for such purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said
street by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,.
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1, That the following described property be and the same is hereby
dedicated as a public street for use by the general public, and the City of
Clearwater, generally as their interests may appear:
A part of the SE-1/4 of the NE~1/4 of Section 13, Town-
ship 29 South, Range 15 East, more particularly described
as follows: From the quarter section corner common to
Section 13, Township 24 South, Range 15 East and Section
18, Township 29 South, Range lb East, run along the common
section line N 0°08'02~~ W, 50 feet; thence S 89°22'44~~ W, 33
feet to the intersection of the right of way lines of S.R. b0
{Gulf to Say Boulevard) and C. R. 27 (Belcher Road) and the
Point of Beginning; from the P. O. B. run along the right of
way line of State Road 60 N 89°2244" W, 7 feet; thence
N 45°14;37'T E, 9.84 feat to the right of way line of C.R. 27;
thence by said right of way line S 0°08 ~02~~ E, 7 feet to the
P. O.B. ; containing 24, 5 square feet of land M. O, L, being a
part of the property conveyed by Deed dated December 26,
1463, and recorded in O.R. 1830, page 360, Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida,
AND
Begin at the Southeast corner of Lot 8 of original Lot 2 of
R. H. Padgett Subdivision, Section 15, Township 24 South,
Range 15 East, as retarded in Plat Book 5, page 27 of the
Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which
Pinellas County was formerly a part, and revised plat as
recorded in Plat Book 4, page 32 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, for point of beginning; go thence
