`% I. To forthwith acquire and appropriate a permanent easement

;r; Arcturus Avenue. Clearwater, Florida, which said permanent easement

The South 5 feet of Lot Four (4) in Block "A" of Skycrest
Unit "D", according to the mag or plat thereof as recorded
in Plat $ook 28, page 52 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida.
2, 'The purpose of said appropriation being for the storm drainage
system in Skycrest in the City of Clearwater, Florida.
3. The City Manager shall cause written notice hereof to be given
to the aforesaid owner in accordance with Section 139 of the Charter of
the Cityof Clearwater.
