1, That the sum of $1,931,65 Ue paid to the General Fund
of the City of Clearwater from the Construction Trust Fund
by the First National Bank of Cleartvatcr, Clearwater, Florida,
Trustee thc;reof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated
November 20, 19G7, which Construction Trust•Fund is derived
from proceeds of the Salo of Utility Revenue Certificates,
Sories of 19G7.
2. That a certified copy of this Resoluticn be delivered
forthwith to said Trustee, trhich said certified copy shall
constitute the dircc'tion of the City of Clcarwator to said
Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly to the said City of
Clearwater forthwith in compliance with Section 3 [B} and other
provisions of said Construction Tru~S+t fund Agrec~nent .
