RESOLUTION
No. 67 - 125
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has found it advisable to cntor
into a Service Agreement for Total Energy interruptible Gas Service with
the Clearwater Professional Building Company, Inc. ; and
WHEREAS, an Agreement has been prepared for formal execution
by the proper municipal officers of the Gity of Glearwater and the corporate
officers of the Clearwater Professional Building Company, Inc. ; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is desirous of formally approving
said Agreement, approving the rates as set forth therein and authorizing
the proper City officials to execute the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS

That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal officers
of the City of Clearwater are hereby authorized and empowered to execute
that certain Service Agreement for Total Energy Interrupta~ble Gas Service
with the Clearwater Professional Building Company, Inc, and the rates
es#ablished in said Service Agreement axe hereby approved.
