The East 10 feet of a 20 foot wide easement, recorded
in O.R. 1601, pages 551 and 552 of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida, lying along the Easterly side
of the centerline of vacated Kings Highway (Su»ny Park
Road) and extending Southward from an extension of a line
five (5) feet South of and parallel to the Noutherly line of
Lat 19: Block E, to an extension of the Southerly lot line
of said Lot 19, Block E, Sunny Park Groves Subdivision,
according to map ar plat thereof as recorded in Plat Baok
36, page 2 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and
intexest thereto to the persons, firms or coxporations entitled thereto
by law.
2, That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution
in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

WHEREAS, it has been xequested by J. Fred Campbell, Jr, , the
owner of certain real property in Sunny Park Grvveg Subdivision, in the
City of Clearwater, Florida, that tho City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate
a certain drainage and utilities easement affecting said property; and
WHEREAS, said drainage and utilities easement is not necessary
nor required and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of ,
