Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to officially designate and
authorize Merrett R. Sticrheim, as City Manager, to sign such requisitions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
' CGMMI`SSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, A5
FOLLOWS:
I, That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater hereby
officially authorizes the following officials to execute requisitions required
by the several Construction Trust Funds held and managed by the First National
Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida:
CITY MANAGER - MERRETT R. STIERHEIM
CITY TREASURER - KENNETH McCREARY
and said officials are the only persons authorized to execute said requisitions
until further Resolution of this Commission.
Z, That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith to
the said First National Bank of Cleaxwater and said copy shall be the official
authorization of the City of Charwater to said Bank to accept such
signatures immediately.
