WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has, as of this date, engaged
anew City Manager; and
WHEREAS, several Construction Trust Funds are maintained at tho
Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, and said Sank is the Trustee of
such funds; and
WHEREAS, the requisitions authorizing payment from said Construction
Trust Funds require the signature of the City Manager and the City
Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to officially designate and
authorize Merrett R. 5tierheim, as City Manager, to sign such requisitions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COIvIMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
iN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater hereby
officially authorizes the following officials to execute requisitions required
by the several Construction Trust Funds held and managed by the Sank of
Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida:
CITY MANAGER - MERRETT R. STTERHEIM
CITY TREASURER - KENNETH McCREARY
and said officials are the only persons authorized to execute said requisitions
until further Resolution of this Commission.
2, That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith to
the said Bank of Clearwater and said copy shall be the official authorization
of the City of Clearwater to said Bank to accept such signatures immediately.
