WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to officially designate and
authorize Merrett R. Stierheim ae the City Manager of the City of
Clearwater to sign such checks requiring the signature of the Gity Manager;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF TI3E CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
F.N SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater hereby
officially designates and authorizes MERRETT R. 5TLERHEIM to execute
any checks requiring the signature of the City Manager for all City of
Clearwater accounts maintained in the Second Gity National Bank, Clearwater,
Florida,
2. `that a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith
to said Second City National Bank and said copy shall be the official authorization
of the City of Clearwater to said Bank to accept the signature of Merrett R.
Stierheim as City Manager immediately.

the signature of the City Manager on the checks written on said accounts;
