NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE GiTY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, A5
FOLLOWS: i
1, That the City Commission of the City of Cleaxwater hereby
officially designates and authorizes MERRETT R. STIERHEIM to execute
any checks requiring the signature of the City Manager for all City of
Clearwater accounts maintained in Harbor State Sank of Safety Harbor,
Florida.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith
to said Harbor State Bank and said copy shall be the official authorization
of the City of Clearwater to said Bank to accegt the signature of Merrett R.
Stierheim ae City Manager immediately.
