WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to officially designate and
authorize Merrett R. Sticrheim as the City Manager of the City of
Clearwater to sign such checks requiring the signature of the City Manager;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, hLORLDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1 1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater hereby
officially designates and authorizes MERRETT R. STIERHEIM to execute
any checks requiring the signature of the City Manager for all City of
Clearwater accounts maintained in the'Clearwater Beach Bank, Clearwater,
Florida.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith
to uaid Clearwater Beach Bank and said copy shall be the official authorization
of the City of Clearwater to said Bank to accept the signature of Merrett R,
Sticrheim as City Manager immediately.
