WHEREAS. the City of Clearwater has, as of this date, engaged
a new City Manager; and
WHEREAS, some of the City of Clearwater bank accounts require
the signature of the City Manager on the checks written on said accounts;
and
WHEREAS, the City Commissian wishes to officially designate and
authorize Merrett R. Stierheim as the City Manager of the City of
Cleaxwater to sign such checks requixing the signature of the City Manager;

I. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater hereby
officially designates and authorizes MERRETT R. 5TIERHEIM to execute
any checlcs requiring the signature of the City Manager for all City of
Clearwater accounts maintained in the Third City National Bank, Clearwater,
Florida.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith
to said Third City National Bank, Clearwater, Florida, and said copy shall
be the official authorization of the City of Cleaxwater to said Bank to accept
the slgnature of Merrett R. Stierheim as City Manager immediately.
