WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to officially designate and
authorize Merrett R. Stiexheim as the City Manager of the City of
Ciearwater to sign such checks requiring the signature of the City Manager;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMLSSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
I. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater hereby
officially designates and authorizes MERRETT R. STIERHEIM to execute
any checks requiring the signature of the City Manager for all City of
Clearwater accounts maintained in the First National Bank of Ciearwater,
Clearwater, Florida.
2, ~ Thal• a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith
to said First National Bank of Clearwater and said copy shall be the official
authorization of the City of Clearwater to said Bank to accept the signature
of Merrett R. Stierheim as City Manager immediately.
