RESOLUTION
Nn. 67 - 95 •~
1'WHEREAS, after public hearing on the I7th day of October, 1966,
the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, determined that
the construction of paving, curbs, drainage and sanitary sewer replacement
in Kings Highway from Palmetto Street North to Overloa Street was
necessary; and
WHEREAS, said improvements were completed and Resolution
No. 67-27 was passed by the City Commission on March 20, 1967,
describing the properties facing and abutting and in the vicinity of the
improvements which were deemed to have been benefited and setting forth
the proportionate costs thereof to be assessed against the described
properties; and
WHEREAS, it was brought to the attention of the City Commission
that the amount assessed against the property of Philip E. DiPaolo was in
error and should be corrected and said correction was set out in Resolution
No. 6758, passed by the City Commission on 3une 19, 1967; and
WHEREAS, it has now been brought to the attention of the City
Conirnission that the amount assessed against the property of Philip E,
DiPaolo as set out in said Resolution Na. 67-58 was also incorrect and
should now be officially corrected;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That Resolution No. 6?-58 passed by the City Commission on
dune 19, 1967, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
