WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Commission of
the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the property described
below should be cleaned of weeds, grass and/ar underbrush, and
that after ten (10) days notice and failure of the owner thereof•
to do sa', the City should clean such property and charge the
costs thereof against the respective property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVED by the City Commission of
the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the following described
property, situate in said City, shall be cleaned of weeds, grass
and/or underbrush within ten (l0) days aster notice in writing to
the owners thereof to da so and that upon failure to comply with
said notice, the City shall perform such cleaning and charge the
costs thereof against the respective properties in accordance
with Section 128 of the Charter of the City of Clearwater, a's
amended.
