W13EREAS, it has been requested by Gcargc S. Dailey, the owner
of certain real property in Blackshire Estates R.eplat, in the City of
•Clearwater, Florida, that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a
certain utility easement on his property; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement is not necessary nor required
and it is deemed to be to the bast interest and advantage of the City and
the general public that the game be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the fallowing:
i~ A strip of land fifteen feet in width, the center line of
~~ ` which is the lot line dividing Lots 207 and Z08, Blackshire

Estates Replat, according to the map or plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Bnok 57, page $3, filed for record the l9th
j'. day of May, 1961, of the Public Records of Pinellas County,

be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and
interest thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled thereto
by law.
`~ 2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be furnished to Mr.
George S. Dailey, 318 S. Missouri Avenue, Clearwater, Florida.
