service to the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, Howard La-wrance has worked untiringly aad given
unselfishly of his lima aad energy to the planning and promotion of this
p'un 'N Sun Festival for several years, having tervad as genera! chair-
:uan for two years; and
WHEREAS, the Fun 'N Sun Festival has been a ^uccsts through the
efforts of such men as Howard Lawrence; and
WHEREAS, the Fun 'N Sun Festival has brought pieasurr and
entartai,nment to Clearwater's cititeat and visitors, and provided
