That certain drainage easement running through Lots 7 and
8 in the SW-1~4 of Section 19, Township 29 youth, Range
16 East, Pinellas Groves as par plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 1, page 55, of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, and being recorded in O.R. Book 20?R,
pages 44b through 44q, inclusive, of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and xeleases all of its right, title and
interest thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled thereto
by law.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be furnished to Imperial
HomesCorporation, 2000 Imperial Way, Clearwater, Florida.

WHEREAS, Imperial Homes Corporation, the owner of curtain real

that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a certain drainage easement
which rune through their praperty; and
WHEREAS, said drainage easement is not necessary nor required
and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the
