RESOLUTION
No. 67 - I2

_. WHEREAS, it has been requested by William G. Andres, the
ownar of cextain real property in Brookhill, Unit Four, in the City of
Clearwater, Florida, that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a
portion of an utility easement on the rear of said property; and
WHEREA5, said portion of the utility casement is not necessary
nor required and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the
City and the general public that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMML55ION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
I. That the following:
The East 5 feet of a 10 foot easement on the rear of Lot
25, Block N, Brookhill, Unit 4, according to map or plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 49, page 70 of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwatex hereby quit claims and releases all of its xight, title and
interest thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled thereto
by law.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be furnished to Mr.
William G. Andres, 1304 5. Evergreen Dxive, Clearwater, Florida.
PAS5ED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of Febxuary, A. D. 1967.
