RESOLUTION
Na. 67 - 10
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
described property; and
WHEREAS, said property has Hover been formally dedicated as
street right of way, although the same is to be used for such purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate
said right of way by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMLSSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby
dedicated ae a public street for use by the general public, and the City of
Clearwater, generally as their interests may appear:
A parcel of land 20 feet more or less in width that lies
between the Weat right of way line of Coronado Drive
extended North and the East line of the parcel of land
described in O. R. Sook 2091, page 34, dated February 2,
19b5, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
and running from the center line to the North right of
way line of Marianne Street.
AND
The East 30 feat of the North 132 feet of the West l/2 of
Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/~ of the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 11, Township 29 South, Range 15 East,
z. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
passage.
