NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMLSSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS: '
1. That the Mayor, together wi#h the other appropriate municipal
officers of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered
to execute a certain agreement with the Seaboard Air Line Railroad Company
in connection with laying, maintaining and operating a lino of 18-inch cast
iron sanitary sewer pipe in or near Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida,
crossing under the property and tracks of said Railroad at a point 2, 850 feet,
more or less, westwardly from its Mile Post $69.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of 3anuary, 1967.
