RESDLUTION
No. 66 - 138
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has previously paid out of its
funds sums to cover ce:ztain miscellaneous expenses in connection with
the Douglas Avenue Extoneian Project; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater should now be reimbursed far such
sums expended from the Construction Trust Fund derived from the gracaeds
of the sale of Utilities Tax Improvement Certificates, Series of 1962; and
WHEREAS, there is now due and payable to the General Fund of the
City of Clearwater the following:

for a total reimbursement to the General Fund of $93.56;
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
GOMMLSSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SF,SSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
I. That the sum of $93.56 be paid to the General Fund of the City
of Clearwater from the Construction Trust Fund by the Bank of Clearwater,
Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement
dated September 16, 1963, which Construction Trust Fund is derived from
proceeds of the sale of Utilities Tax Improvement Certificates, Series of 1962,
2. That a certified copy of this lt.esolution be delivered forthwith to
said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of the City
of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing aura directly to the said
City of Clearwater forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (B) and other provisions
of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement. •
