RESOLUTION

No, 66 - 126
WHEREAS, Southeastern General Corporation has heretofore been
engaged to construct the new City Hall building; and
WHEREAS, $2, 500.00 was withheld by the City of Clearwater upon u
completion of said City Hall in order to guarantee that the air conditioning plant
and distribution system would be put in satisfactory working condition; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is now willing to release the said
$2, 500. 00 to Southeastern General Corporation in final settlement of the matter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, A5
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $2, 500.00 be paid from the Construction Trust
Fund by the Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of
Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated September I6, 1963, which
Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale of Utilities
Tax Improvement Certificates, Series of 1962.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction
of the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly
~o said corporation forthwith in compliance with Section 3 {B) and other
pxovisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 1966,
