COUNTY Pinollas
WHEREAS, the Slate Road Department has located and proposes to
construct a part of State Road 595-A, Section 15570; and
WHEREAS, in order for the State Road Department to further and
complete said project, ft is necessary that an easement for storm sewer
across certain lands owned by the City of Clearwater be granted to the State
of Florida for the use and benefit of the State Road Department of Florida; and
WHEREAS, the State Road Department having requested the City of
Cleawater to execute and deliver to the State Road Department an Easement
for Storm Sewer in favor of the State of Florida and said request having been
duly considered;
NOW, .THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF GLEARWATER, FLORLDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor»Commissioner, City Manager, City Clerk and
City Attorney of said City of Clearwater be and they are hereby authoxixed
and directed to make, execute and deliver to the State Road Department an
Easement for Storm Sewer in favor of the State of Florida across certain
lairds owned by said City.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith
to the State Raad Department at Bartow, Florida.
