~:' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
;;. COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
>~ IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
'~_ FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor, together with khe other appropriate municipal officers
of the City of Clearwater are hereby authorized and empowered to execute a
certain agreement with the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company, bearing
date of September 1, 1966, in connection with the installation and maintenance
of a line of 4.5 inch O. D. black steel pipe across the right of way and underneath
the main track of Railroad in Pinellas Street, Clearwater, Florida, at a point
2, 150 feet southwardiy from Mile Post RE-88Z.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September, A. D. 1966.
