RESOLUTION
No. 6b - l0?
WHEREAS, the Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florids., is
Trustee under and by virtue o[ a Construction Trust Fund Agreement,
dated September lb, 1963, which Construction Trusk Fund is derived from
the proceeds of the sale of Utilities Tax Improvement Certificates, Series
of 19b2; and
WHEREA5, said Bank has submitted a bill in the amount of $513.53
for its compensation, in accordance with the Provisions of said Trust Fund
Agreement, which said bill should be paid from said Trust Fund, copy of
said hill is hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OI' THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORxDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FDLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $513.53 be paid from the Construction Trust
Fund, dated September lb, 1463, by the Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater,
Florida, Trustee thereof, to the Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida,
in payment of ita bill dated August 25, 19bb, for Trustee's Compensation as
provided in said Agreement.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith to
said Trustee, which certified copy shall constitute the direction of the City
of Clearwater tp said Trustee to gay said amount directly to itself.
