RESOLUTION

• WHEREAS, the State Road Department has located and proposes to
rwarn+r--^--•-
construct apart of Stato Road 5-595-A, Section 15570; and
WHEREAS, in order for the State Road Department to further and
completo said project, it is necessary that the State Road Departmont pipe
the nutfall from Missouri Avenue to the cast inside thy; 7lxrner Street
dedication, and then to the south inside the drainage easement acquired by
the City of Clearwater, with the centerline of the pipe located 9 ft, from
the east line of Lot b; the State Road Department will then stop the pipe
just north of the south property line of Lot b; and
WHEREAS, the State Road Department having xequested City of
Clearwater to accept the responsibility far maintenance of the remainder of
the outfall from the south end of the Turner Street dedication after the completion
of the Stat a Road Departments project and said request having been duly
considered;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT IESOLVED BY ~iE CiTY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
1N SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLO~'VS:
I. That the City of Clearwater, by and through the City Commission of
the City of Clearwater, does hereby accept the responsibility for maintenance
of the remainder of the outfall on the State Road Department job known ae
Section 15570, ~'ob 2b04, from the south end of the Turner Street dedication
on the easement located on Lots 5 and b, Block ~~V", Hibiscus Gaxdene
Subdivision, according to map ar plat thereof as xecoxded in the Public
Retards of Pinellas County, Florida
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith
to the State Road Department at Bartow, Florida.
