RESOLUTION
No. 66 - Ioo
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater previously received a planning
loan to cover the cost of plane and specifications for the design of the North
Interceptor Sanitary Sewer Project from Haines Road to its terminus; and
WHEREAS, under the terms of the planning loan, the City of Clearwater
is obligated to repay to the Housing & Urban Development Agency such pro
rata part of this loan as is applicable to that part of the project for which
contracts have been let; and
WHEREAS, a contract has been let on this project and the City of
Clearwator is now obligated to repay to the Housing & Urban Development

Agency the sum of $7, 050.62; and
WHEREAS, said sum should be paid from the Construction Trust Fund
derived from the proceeds of the sale of Utility Revonue Certificates, Series
of 1965;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMLSSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $7, 050. 62 be paid from the Construction Trust
Fund by the First National Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Floxida,
Trustee thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated November 9,
1965, •Nhich Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceedsz of the sale
of Utility Revenue Certificates, Serie3 of 1965.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of
the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly to
the said Housing & Urban Development Agency forthwith in compliance with
Section 3 (B) and other provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August, A. D. 1966.
