WHEREAS, the above five (5) projects were submitted to the Federal
. Water Pollution Control Administration and the Florida State Board of Health
for their approval; and
WHEREAS, the approval by the aforementioned agencies has been
received;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSIOTd DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the three (3) contracts which were tentatively approved on June
6, 1966, to wit: Smith-Swelter Construction Co. in the amount of $108, 852. 85,
Goodwin, Inc, in the amount of $188, 016.50 and Sullivan, Long & Hagerty in
the amount of $18, ~18Z. D0, and the two (2) contracts which were tentatively
approved an July l8, 1966, to 'wit: Goodwin, Inc. in the amount of $31, 806.50
and Krob Construction Co, in the amount of $51, 997. DD, are hereby officially
approved and awarded in the amounts set forth herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of .August, A. D. 1966.
