WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has previously paid out of its
funds sums to cover certain miscellaneous expenseb in connection with
the Myrtle Avenue extc~nsian project and the new City Hall project; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater should now be reimbursed for such
sums expanded from the Constructinn Trust Fund derived from the groceeda
of the sale of Utilities Tax Improvement Certificates, Series ni 1962; and
WHEREAS, there id now due and payable to the General Fund of the
City of Clearwater the following sums:
Storeroom Issues Chargeable to Cit}'
Hall Project $17. 63
Storeroom Issues Chargeable to Myrtle
Avenue Extension Project 1D7.76
Harold Mullendore, Clerk of Circuit Court
far. Recording Expenses Chargeable to

for a total reimbursement to General Fund of $i54. 39;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOW:
l., That the sum of $154. 3q be paid to the General Fund of the City
of Clearwater from the Construction Trust Fund by the Sank of Clearwater,
Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement
dated September 16, 1963, which Construction Trust Fund is derived from
proceeds of the sale of Utilitiec~ Tax Improvement Certificates, Series of 1g6Z.
2, That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith to
said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of thQ City
of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly to the said
City of Clearwater forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (B) and other. provisions
of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August, 1966.
