No, 66 - 94
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the right of way required
for the extension of Myrtle Avenue along Marshall Street to Douglas Avenue
must now bo obtained for the construction of said extension within the
City limits of the City af. Clearwater in order to facilitate the free circulation
and flow of traffic of all kinds within the municipal limits; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has the necessary authority,
as well as the necessary finances to acquire said right of way; and
WHEREAS, considerable effort has been made by the City of
Clearwater in order to acquire the necessary right of way and it is now
apparent that condemnation groceedings must be filed against the remaining
property owner whose parcels have not yet been acquired by the City of
Clearwater for said purpose;
