WHEREAS, the Railroad has requested a Resolution be adapted by
said City formally approving said agxeement and authorizing the proper
City officials to execute the same;
NOW, THEREFC?RE, BE IT RESOLVED I3Y THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEM33LED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1, That the Mayor, together with the other appxopriate municipal
officers of the City of Clearwater area heretay authorized and empowered to
execute a cextain agreement with the Seaboard Air Line Railroad Company
in connection with the laying, maintaining and operating a line of ~, 500-inch
(O, D. } steel carrier pipe within an 8. 625-inch (O. D,) steel casing pipe, for
the conveyance of natural gaa, in or near Glearwater, Pinellas County, Floxida,
crossing under the property and tracks ai the Railroad 9, 200 feet, more ar
lase, s4uthwardly from its Mile Post 875.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of August, A.I?. 1966,
