WHEREAS, it has bean brought to the attention of the City Camrnission
that the Protective Covenants of thr Clearwater Industrial Park should be
amended so as to attract more industry into the area; and
WHEREAS, in order to accomplish said amendments, it is necessary
to institute legal proceedings in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit
in and for Pinellas County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, it is desired to authorize the City Attorney of the City of
Clearwater to prepare and institute such proceedings;
NOW, THEREI~'ORE, SE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMML55ION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney of the City of Clearwater be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to preparN and institute proceedings in the
Circuit Court of the Sixth 3udicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County,
Florida, to amend the Protective Covenants of the Clearwater Industrial
Park, and to execute ail necessary instruments, documents, bonds, pleadings
and other papers'which are incidental and necessary thereto.
