Z. That the action of the City Commission of the City of Clearwater
on July 2, 1945 in vacating a portion of Tuekawilla Street; the action of the
City Commission ai the City of Clearwater on June lb, 1958 by Resolution
Na. 58-44 vacating a portion of Hamlet Avenue adjacent to Tuekawilla Street;
and the action of the City Commission of the City of Clearwater on Novembex
16, 1959, by Resolution No. 59-104 vacating a poxtion of Hamlet Avenue
adjacent to Tuekawilla Street, arc hereby ratified and affirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June 1966.
