WHEREAS, tha City of Clearwatar is the ownar of tha Clearwatar
Cemetery; and
,. ,
WHEREAS, it is necessary that certain rules and regulations be
enacted in order to propcsrly regulate and administer said Cemetery; .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1, That the following Rules and Regulations are hereby applicable
to all portions of Clearwater Cemetery:
a. No intexment permitted unless payment in full for grave space
has been received by the City and burial permit issued.
b. A maximum of two burials in one spaco is permitted provided
at least one has been cremated or is a baby.
c. While reasonable precautions will be taken to prevent damage
by vandals, etc. , the City will not asauma any liability for
damage that occurs.
d. The City may repurchase spaces at original price lass a
ten pex cent (10°fo) service or transfer charge.
e. There shall be an opening and closing charge of $5.00 faz
baby space and $2U. 00 for adult space, which said charges
shall be effective on July 1, 1866.
2. That the following Rules and Regulations are hereby applicable
to Clearwater Cematery Second Addition, Blocks 14, 15 and lb:
a. The purchase price of grave spaces will be ae follows:
Late 1 - 446, Block 14 (Baby Spaces) $15. 00
Spaces in Lats 447 #0 576, Black l4,
all of Black 15, and Lots ], - 40, Black
lb 100.00
Spaces in Lots 41 - 5g, Black 16

b. Above ground monuments, memorials, enclosures or plantings
are pxohibited. •'
c. Flower arrangamenta fxom the services wilt be permitted far a
maximum of ten days after date of burial, after which baskets,
uxns and remaining flowers will be removed.
