RESOLUTION
No. 6b - 65

WHEREAS, Johnnie Jahne, the owner of certain real property
in Glearwator Hc~ach Park, First Additfon, has requested the City of
Clearwater, Florida, to vacate,a certain portion of a plaited alley; and
WHEREAS, said allay is not necessary nor required and it is
deemed to bC to the best interest and advantage of the City and the general
public that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, 13E iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY Ol•' CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSxON DULY ANI~ REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the fallowing:
The portion of a 15 foot alley lying East q~t~eBZ7,
2B and 2q, and the Narth 15 feet of Lot 2 of Clearwater
Beach Park, First Addition, Plat Book l5, page 80
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all at its right, title and
interest thereto the persona, firms or corporations entitled thereto by
law.
2. That a certified cop)+ of this Resolution be furnished to said
Johnnie Johns.
