the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the property described be-
lost should be cleaned pf weeds, grass and/ar underbrush, And that
after ten (IO) drays notice And failure of the owner thereof to
do so, the City should clean such property and charge the coats
thereof against the respective property.
NC'r1, THEREFORE, SE IT t'.ESOLVED by the City Cemmiasion of
the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the following dcocribed pro-
perty, situate in said City, shall be cleaned of weeds, grass andror
underbrush within ten {IO) dn;~a after notice in writing to tote owners .
thereof to da so and that upon failure to comply with said notice, the
City shall perform such cleaning and charge the costs thereof against
the respective properties in accordance with Section 12F~ of the Char-
