';'_~ 1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
determining that this project has merit, endorsee the action of the Pinellas
County $oard of County Commissioners in entering into an option to purchase
agreement with Ed Wright to purchase certain frontage on Sand Key for
park and recreational purposes, and respectfully requests the County of
Pinellas to proceed with whatever feasibility studies and fiscal studies that
the County deems necessary to be made, which said sttedies shall be at no
cost to the City.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith
to the Board of County Coxnmissianers of Pinellas County, Florida.
