RESOLUTION
No. 66 -49
WHEREAS, Briley, Wild br Aasociatcs nave horetaforc been retained
by the City of Clearwater to perform services as covered by the statement
therefox hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, said services, as so doscribed, have been performed
and thexe is due and payable said consulting engineers from the City of
Clearwater the sum of $664. 7D, according to the statement of said consulting
engineers dated March Z3, 29bb, copy of which is hereto attached and by
xefexence made a part hereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $6b4, ?D be paid Pram the Conatructi.on Trust
Fund by the First National Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida,
Trustee thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated November 9,
1465, which Construction Trust Fund is derived from, proceeds of the sale
of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1965,
2. That a certified copy of this Reaolutian be delivered forthwith
to said Trustee, which said cextified copy shall constitute the direction
of the City of Clearwater to said Trus#ee to pay the foregoing sum directly
to the said consulting engineers forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (B) and
ether provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1~St}2 day of April, 1966.
