WHEREAS, the City Commission recognizes that it is necessary for
the North Bay Company to seek an extension of time within which to complete
its dredging and filling operations in order that the development of the eub-
division might continue to grngress in an orderly manner; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission is now desirous of advising and
informing the Pinellas County Navigation and Water Control Authority of
its present attitude towards any extension of the said dredge and fill permit
heretofore granted to the North Bay Company for dredge and fill operations
in Clearwater Harbor within the City of Clearwater, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TTiE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater does hereby
recognize the need of the North Bay Company to seek an extension of time
for the completion of its dredge and fill permit fox dredging and filling in
