WHEREAS, it has been determined that the right of way fUr
Myrtle Avenue and Railroad Avenue must now be obtained in order to
facilitate the free circulation and flow of traffic of all kinds within the
municipal limits of the ••;.ity of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the Cfty of Clearwater has the necessary authority,
as well as the necessary finances to acquire said right of way; and

WHEREAS, it is now apparent that condemnation proceedings must
be filed against Isabell Bxawn, a widow, whose parcel has not yet been
acquired by the City of Clearwater for said purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF Tl'iE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:

Lot 12 of an unnumbered Black in Palm. Park Addition to
Clearwater, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 4, page 66 of the Public Records of Hillsborough
County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly
a part, LESS: Begin at the Southeast corner of said Lot 12;
thence North 50 feet along the East lot line; thence West 66. 7
feat along the North lot line; thence Southerly 5Z. 97 feet to
a point on the South lot line which is $5 feet West of the P.O.B. ;
thence East $5 feet to P. O. B. ; ALSO LESS: Begin at the
Southwest coxner of NW-1/4 of Section 10, Township Z9 South,
Range 15 East and run thence N 0°10'04" E, along the West
line of said Section 10, 505.0 feet for the P.O.B. ; thence
continue N 0°10'04" E, along said West Section line, $. 41
feet; thence N 1$°4Z'59" E, along the East right of way line
of the Atlantic Caast Line R. R. , 43.79 feet; thence 5 89°
3Z'30" E, 16.07 feet; thence S 0°10'04" W, 42.0 feet; thence

North line of Palm Bluff Street, 38. 0 feet to the P. O. B.

which said land belongs to Isabell Brown, a widow.
2. The City Manager shall cause written notice hereof to be given
the aforesaid owner in accordance with Section l39 of the Charter of the
City of Clearwater.
