NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESQLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF GLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That tho sum of $2539. ll be paid to the General Fund of the
City of Clearwater from the Construction Trust Fund by the Bank of
Clearwater, Glcarwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of Constxuction Txust
Fund Agrtsament dated Spetembcr 16, 1963, which Construction Trust Fund
is do rived from proceeds of the sale of Utilities Tax Improvement
Ccrtificatos, Series of 1962.
2, That a certified copy of thin Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction
of the Gity of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly
to the said City of Clearwater forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (B) and
other provisiang of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
