RESOLUTION
No. 65 - 154
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has previously paid out of its
funds sums to cover items chargeable to the City Hall Project and the
Myrtle Avenue Extension Project; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater should now be reimbursed for
such sum expended from the Construction Trust Fund derived from the
proceeds of the sale of Utilities Tax Improvement Certificates, Series
of 1462; and
WHEREAS, there is now due and payable to the General Fund of
the City of Clearwater the following sums:
Storeroom issues chargeable to City Hall
Project $4, 315, 24
Storeroom issues chargeable to Myrtle
Avenue Extension Project 127.41
for a total reimbursement to General Fund of $4, 442. 65;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, A5
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $4, 442. 65 be paid to the General Fund of the
City of Clearwater from the Construction Trust Fund by Bank of Clearwater,
Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement
dared September 16, 1963, which Construction Trust Fund is derived from
proceeds of the sale of Utilities Tax Improvement Certificates, Series of
1462.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of
the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly to
the said City of Clearwater forthwith in compliance with Section 3 {B)
and other provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
