and
WHEREAS, the City of Cloarwalar should new }~a raimburaad For
such sum expanded from the Conatructlan Trust Fund darivad from the
proceeds of the sale of Incinorator Ravanua Bonds, Sarica of 19G3; and
WHEREAS, thara is now due and prcyabla to the Ganoral Fund of
the City of Clearwater the following sum:

far a total reimbursement to General Fund o[ $87.63;
NOW, THEREFORE, IIE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $87. G3 ba paid tv the Ccncral Fund of the City
of Clearwater from the Construction Trust Fund by the First National Bank
o£ Cleartiaater, Florida, Trustee theroof of Construction Trust Fund Agree-
ment dated April 1, 19G3, which Construction Trust Fund is derived from
proceeds of the sale of Incinerator Rcvcnue Bands, Series of 1963.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of
the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly to
the said City of Clearwater forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (B)
and athcx provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
