WHERLrAS, tho City of Cloarwntnr has provivusly paid out of its
funds a sum to savor lta~ns citinrgeabla to t}in nuw City HaII project; and
` WHEREAS, the Clty o[ Cloarwntur should now be reimbursed for
such sum oxpended from tho Construction Trust Fund derived from the
proceeds of tho sale of Utilities Tux Improvement Certificates, Series of
1962; and
W1iEILEAS, thoro is now due and payable to the General Fund of
the City of Clcarwator tltio following sum:

Hall projoct $32.05
for a total reimbursement to General Fund of $32, 05;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE QTY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Thal the sum of $32, 05 be paid to the General Fund of the City
of Clcarwator from tho Construction Trust Fund by the Bank of Clearwater,
Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement
dated Saptamber 16, 19G3, which Construction Trust Fund is derived from
procoads of the sale of Utilities Tax Improvement Certificates, Series of 1962,
2, Tltat a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said Trustuo, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of
tho Clty o[ Cloarwatnr to said Trustee to pay the foxegoing sum directly to
tlro said City of Cloarwater forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (B)
and other provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 1965.
