Wl-AREAS, the Railroad has requested a Resolution be adopted by
said City, formally approving said agre~inent and authorizing the proper
City officials to execute same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY A55EMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS: - -
That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal officers
of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered to execute
a certain agreement with the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company, hearing
date of October 12, 1965, in connection with the installation and maintenance
of three linos of pipe across the right of way and underneath the main tracks
of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company at Clearwater, Florida, said
lines of gips being within the limits of the Myrtle Avenue creasing distant
2, U24 feet northeastwardly measured along the center of the main track from
Mile Post RE-881.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 1965.
