City of Clearwater be acquired by the State of Florida for the use and benefit

Clearwater to execute and deliver to the State Road Department a~ Quit Claim
Deed in favor of the State of Florida in and to said lands required for right

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TYiE CITY
COMM75SiON OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DCJLY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, A5
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor-Commissioner, City Manager} City Clerk and
City Attorney of said City of Clearwatex be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to make, execute and deliver to the State Road Department an
Quit Claim Deed in favor of the State of Florida in and to said Lands owned
by the City of Clearwater required for right of way purposes for State Road
S»595-A.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith
to the State Raad Department at Bartow, Florida.
