AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Mayvr-Commissioner, City Manager, City Clerk and City Attorney be and they are hereby authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver to the State Road Department a Utilities Agreement for the adjust- ment, change or relocation of certain utilities within the Right of Way limits of said State Road 5-595-A, Section 15574-6604. 2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the State Road Department a.t Tallahassee, Florida.
